It has 5 bedrooms, which is just what they needed, and ample living space too. Plus, there's a full finished basement. It's an active neighborhood, and the kids are meeting lots of neighborhood kids too!

Sold for 94% of list price! This brick and limestone ranch is located in a great city neighborhood. It took a bit of time for it to sell, but I think the new owner has a great investment on their hands. A little bit of TLC will go a long way in this home, and hopefully will be a good investment too! A woodburning stove helps with winter heating costs.
