Staging Success working with Investors - 02/14/07 04:20 PM

I love working with Investors on their "fix it up and sell" properties! I LOVE seeing the transformation! My husband and I have rehabbed several properties the last few years. I think that is why as a home stager, I have such a passion for this area of real estate.  I must admit, I love digging through the MLS and comps trying to find the perfect "ONE" to fix up. It's a big treasure hunt!  Actually going through some of these fixer uppers...well...you better have a strong stomach...between the mess and the smell!  But once you get past that....OH! I'm not even sure where this came from...but I hand wrote it on a card and have it taped up by my coffee maker.
