Cincinnati ASP's:  Please join us this Wednesday, February 18th as we learn about forming an IAHSP chapter here in Cincinnati.  Our Columbus Chapter has organized a special meeting for the Cincinnati ASP's.  I'm planning to attend and would love to see all the other local ASP's there as well.  It should be a great meeting and I'm looking forward to networking with you all and meeting many of our Columbus ASP's.

I have a confession to make...I've got a thing about staging Laundry Rooms. The Kitchen may be the "heart of the home" but many hours are spent each week in the laundry room. And THAT makes this room a very important space to feature when selling your home.Many times when I am consulting with homeowners and we get close to the laundry area, they'll ask if I want to see it because after all, it's only the laundry room.
