I recent took on a client who wants me to redesign her existing home right now but at the same time preparing it for sale 2-3 years down the line. When I suggested green finishes, she was very open to it.

Good news came in the form of postcard today… Now single-family residents in San Mateo County can all enjoy the program of recycling old batteries and cell phones! I still have cell phones that I used in college and that's a long long time ago! I pulled the following (2 comments)
