Murals, stencils and wallpaper are simply too taste specific to create the neutral spaces that the greatest number of buyers will relate to.  Take a look at these before and afters.  As nice as the spaces were before, I think you'll agree that the new and neutral spaces will really appeal to buyers AND look great in Internet photos.
