We are pleased to announce that Stephanie Hoeschele of Fountain Valley, CA has achieved the designation CREHSA (Certified Real Estate Home Staging Advisor) after successfully passing the exam and submitting a copy of her California Real Estate Brokers License to the Academy.
Stephanie purchased our newest book, A Real Estate Agent's Guide to Offering Home Staging Advice. She writes, "The book was helpful in introducing the concept of staging. When You Experience a Downturn in Business - 05/15/10 02:15 AM
Are you experiencing a downturn in business?  Lack of business can be a result of more than just a slump in the economy as I know stagers who are exploding with business even though living in a depressed area. And since human nature is the same everywhere, one shouldn't just automatically assume it's the economy.  So what hidden or less noticeable areas could be underlying the downturn?
Consider the following possibilities:
1) Has competition arisen in your area that is beating you out for one reason or another?
2) Are you adequately showing and explaining the BENEFITS?
