Reclaimed wood anyone? Have you noticed just how popular reclaimed wood has become,or for that matter, anything reclaimed? Nowadays it's about being "green". Last month I posted a blog in Activerain  "What's old is new again" about reclaimed furniture. So using reclaim wood became an obsession for me. I wanted to use it in my living room and thought why not create a false beam? It has the perfect ceiling for it-cathedral. So off I went in search of reclaimed wood. Home staging on the cheap! How many times have we mention to potential clients "We will work within your budget". Yet they refuse to stage their house, thinking they can't afford home staging. Recently one of the real estate agent that I work with had a house that he was listing. It needed a lot of work! It show very dated and unappealing.
