My phone is already ringing from homeowners who read this Sunday's Atlanta-Journal-Constitution Homefinder section.  This is a great educational article to let homeowners know that there are professionals ready, willing and able to assist them in marketing their house for sale.

2007 Georgia Sales Tax Holiday is August 2 - 5 - 07/16/07 10:41 AM
This terrific annual event is just around the corner.  You don't have to be a Georgia resident to enjoy the tax savings. 
The sales tax exemption pertains to merchandise in three categories:
Articles of ClothingThe exemption applies to articles of clothing and footwear with a sales price at time of purchase of $100 or less per item. There is no monetary limit on a purchase as long as the price of a single item does not exceed $100. Jewelry, handbags, umbrellas, eyewear, watches, watchbands, rented items and items purchased for use in a trade or business are NOT tax-exempt.

Empty Picture Frame? Think Headboard - 07/05/07 07:19 PM
I can't take credit for this original idea, but I'll pass it on just the same.
This is a great idea when you need a headboard for a twin bed.  Use a Hobby Lobby or Michael's coupon to pick up an empty picture frame that is as wide as the mattress you plan on using.  Depending on the overall design of the room, you can choose a dark wooden frame, an ornate gold frame, or a more modern silver frame.
