Getting a house ready to sell can be exhausting! The de-cluttering and removing the "stuff" to a storage area can be costly and time consuming. I often recommend to the seller to consider putting the extra furniture and accessories into a consignment store not a storage unit. Often when you move your new home will not accommodate your furniture that you have anyway due to windows, room size or not enough rooms just to mention a few. So instead of paying to have it stored turn it into cash for new items for the new home. Just a thought to help the seller not (3 comments)
