We own all of the furnishings and accessories and we have a lot of them. And it's our product that always makes a house beautiful and unique. We can all agree that selling a house is all about the marketing efforts that the Realtor puts into the selling process. I often speak to Realtors that don't believe in staging or really pressing the seller to do much of anything to get the home ready to sell. I don't understand why. We have so much data that shows that preparing the home and staging sells the home faster and often for more money.
