Avon's Hosting the 13th Annual Eagle Run on Saturday, May 25th, right here at Avon High School! Applications for participation are available in the high school main office. Run five miles, enjoy a 5K run or walk, volunteer, or be a spectator. There's also a one-mile fun run for children. Sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, this event is for the entire community; designed to highlight the importance of promoting good health, fitness, and sound minds; and to serve as financial support to the Avon School Educational Endowment Fund and other local charities. All are is invited to be a part of this exciting event that brings together adults and children from our area in a competitive, spectator-oriented event. Enjoy food, beverages, awards, and the first 750 adult entrants receive a shirt and hat. Stop in the office for an entry form and more info.
