As we all have learned our appointments are unique from one potential client to the next and what we have learned is that the listing process can be quite emotional to some if not most of our sellers.  Be it a broken marriage, financial reasons, loss, relocation, or some other major change in one's life (I know my list is incomplete).  My point here is that we hear many stories from the heart that has already taken some kind of toll on our seller.  I have learned from my previous work experience (psychology assistant and crisis prevention instructor) how important it … (1 comments)

I am one that spends little time in my office for reasons that I am so often reminded as I walk in to check mail or drop off the paperwork.  But I was in again the other day and I could not help but listen to the two office vets talk about how they lost their listing by surprise as they were checking voicemail.  And another talking about how it is not happening for them doing all that floor time. Oh boy.  Yes I have done a blog on this topic before but I can not tell you how this just drives … (8 comments)
