Avon YMCA is on schedule for completion. - 02/22/10 10:33 PM
The new Avon Ohio YMCA is on schedule to open this April. The construction can be viewed from I90 and from what it looks this facility is going to be spectacuilar when completed. A state of the art facility featuring 67,506 square-feet of space
The crews are working on interior finishes. Those finishes include a lot of painting, tiling and ceiling work according to construction workers.
The 67,000-square-foot facility, which is located a short distance from downtown Lorain and next to All Pro Freight Stadium, will be available to not just Avon residents, but all of Lorain County.
