Cleaning cat smell out of that carpet. - 03/30/11 12:16 AM
This one comes from Cassandra Mandello on how to clean up cat accidents out of carpet. Before I share this one I should add that listing agents need to be honest with their clients about cleaning pet urine smells. Explain to the owner that people that do not have this problem will have a much more sensitive nose to the smell. It is simply how are nosess work, they adjust and accept when you are the pet owner. This may also mean asking a friend you know that can be honest to tell you waht they smell whne htey first walk in (14 comments)

Should stick to realty? No way just read the rain. Ok OSU just lost and my 10 year old is in tears... another matter to attend to.. I (11 comments)

Here is your Spring Cleaning LIst... Yes I am telling you it is time to "Clean it up!. - Use the “love it”, “hate it”, “like it” system for getting rid of things. With this system, you go through whatever room or closet you’re cleaning and separate everything into the above three piles. Anything in the “hate it” pile gets put in the donation bin without a second thought. Anything that you love gets put back in an organized fashion. The rest can then be sorted through more carefully as to what you want to keep and what should (1 comments)
