This one comes from Cassandra Mandello on how to clean up cat accidents out of carpet.  Before I share this one I should add that listing agents need to be honest with their clients about cleaning pet urine smells. Explain to the owner that people that do not have this problem will have a much more sensitive nose to the smell.  It is simply how are nosess work, they adjust and accept when you are the pet owner.  This may also mean asking a friend you know that can be honest to tell you waht they smell whne htey first walk in … (14 comments)

Alright so I tried today to watch my Ohio State team play. And no I can't handle it. The way the face of the game can change on one transition of the ball is more than I can handle. Close games are just too killer to watch. My guys are not playing their 3 ball which they have depended on all season.  someone has figured that one out on Kentucky coaching staff. yikes.  Should stick to realty?  No way just read the rain.

Registration for the 2011 season begins January 1st.  In effort to simplify the process registration is available online from January 1st thru March 31st; register here.  There will be two dates for in person registration; February 19th, 9am-noon and March 31st 6-9pm in the commons area at the High School.  If registering in person, the registration form can be found here.

For those of you Avon Laker's who may not have heard Westview Elementary has been named the "Cool School" by Fox 8. With that being said Fox 8 will be at our school to begin taping at 12:45 on Wednesday. Congrats to the school who was voted in a few weeks ago.
