Summary:

I'm showing a house tomorrow to some new clients that is "For Sale By Owner." I called and identified myself and asked would they pay me a commission if my buyers wanted to make an offer. The FSBO lady said they needed all the money and how come the buyers couldn't pay me, after all you are the buyers agent. Couldn't the buyer just add the commission to the price? I said that is not how we do things.

Isn't that kinda how we got into this mortgage mess with all the out of the box razzle dazzle? Trying to make the deal work? I don't know, What do you think?

My achey breaky heart in Canton Ohio Real Estate

My buyer didn't have a computer and liked to drive by the homes to look at the outside first. This worked out well for both of us. More work for me, because I couldn't put her on automatic email campaign, I'm previewing all houses before I call her based on her specifications.

"Hi Buyer, I said, I've got some more houses for you to see."

"Oh Hi Deb, my buyer said, we were just having lunch to celebrate the successful home inspection. I love my new house."

I felt my head spin round like in some exorcist movie. Taking a deep breath, I said "what are you talking about. What house? Why didn't you call me?" The kick in the stomach was when she said,what ever agent sent me a house that I liked, I went with that agent. You were just one of many agents helping me. I was one of many helping her! The house she purchased was against every thing she said she wanted. It was on a busy street with no fenced private back yard in an area of town she didn't want.

I wanted to say, "whadda you mean, you wrote an offer with someone else. We have an exclusive buyer agency agreement in place. (Unfortunately it had been in place for three months and expired the day the offer went pending Hmmm!) I thought we had a relationship. We've written two offers ( that you lowballed), we talked twice a week about what she wanted. We previewed countless homes. I met her family. I thought I was her Realtor.

Farmer's Market in Jackson Township Community Park.

I went down to the Community Park to stroll the Farmer's Market. But after I got there and saw the beautiful veggies, jars of honey, pastries, flowers, and even locally raised beef vendors, I was hooked.

The market is every Thursday from 3pm to 7pm. You will not be disappointed. Grocery store charge by the pound, but I was able to buy by the piece or by the quart.

I bought a huge butterner squash for $1.00. Just earlier thay day, I saw this guy on the cooking channel making something with the butternut squash, so I had to have one. When I left I was loaded down with a lovely bunch of carrots with the tops, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes.

The Paul and Carol David YMCA in Jackson Township is one of the newest YMCA's in Stark County. It is in the heart of Jackson Township.

I joined the Paul and Carol David YMCA this past January, and I have been happy with the programs, staff and the facility. They have programs for everyone, the staff is helpful, the instructors are professional and the building is clean, spacious and well planned.

My schedule includes yoga, pilates, treadmill workout, weights, cardio and even the pool when I take swimming lessons. I'm stiff and get fatigued easily from having MS, but I do what I can, and I can feel the difference already.

I have to say I don't feel all that graceful in the yoga class, but I love the cool down time when we lay on our mats covered with a blanket. You would be surprised at how cold you get when you stop exercising.
