It has been one wild week. We usually have pretty good traffic on our web sites; and generate some descent traffic through our yard signs...but this week we made a little change that really brought the traffic in. What was the change you ask? Well if I tell you, I'll have to kill you. lol. No, I'm just kiddin', I'd have to kill my partner. LOL. No, no....sorry I couldn't resist. Here it is, we went from the olde standard of For Sale By Owner to For Rent. Now you are probably thinking, "You idiot, how is that going to help me?" Well, if you have been following my little blog here, then you'd know, we do lease options and don't have to get a bank to qualify our clients anyway. At least not for a while. But that's not really the point. The point is the traffic to our homes we have available. So...if you are following some of our methods for investing in Real Estate and need to move some inventory, then just throw out a For Rent sign. Now granted, you are going to wade through a lot, and I mean a lot of people that aren't going to go along with the program, but if you keep stirring the pot.....eventually, you'll get some cream to rise to the top. Then, you place the clients in the home and offer them the chance of a life time. You give them credit for their "rent" and convert them to a tennant / buyer...POW! You've just moved another property and made a nice family extremely happy, not to mention a tidy little profit. Try it, it works! But be ready. You are going to talk to a lot of people. I'll tell you later how you can cut down on wasting time with "tire kickers".
