Hello Fellow Responsible Agents,
Well it is the first of the month again and going through my expireds, canceled listings and it just never stops.
Now I don't want this post to sound like a grip session but don't you just get sick and tired of finding these "Realtors", and I mean in this case "Realtor loosely", getting away with having the same listing in twice or the property sold four, six, eight weeks ago or longer, expiring in the mls?
