Attack on Mortgage Interest Rate Deduction - 08/24/10 05:56 PM
Hello Friends, In a recent artical by Lawrence Yun (Cheif economist of the National Association Of Realtors). The debate on cutting back or removing the Mortgage Interest Rated Deduction (MID), is under attack. If you are now or will become a home owner in the future, I suggest that you contact your local and federal officials and let me hear your voice loud and clear, by tell them that this consideration is NO ACCEPTABLE! The overall affects of this consideration is far reaching........... "Why the MID Deserves to Stay Limiting the mortgage interest deduction would hurt middle-income earners. By Lawrence Yun

Email Etiquette (What R U Saying?) - 08/05/10 09:32 AM
In today's fast paced world of tweets, Facebook, texting and e-mails we sometimes forget what our works (or lack of) are actually saying to those who receive them, forget about the "ease droppers" online that we allow to see what we are saying. Point is, we are saying something ourselves every time we send a message electronically. Our messages can be mistaken as rude or short. "Read, Read Again, Spell Check & Send" So some good tips are on this "101 Email Etiquette" righting. It is not my article, I did not right it or am suggesting to take any credit for
