The media has told us the bad news from the East to the West Coast inthe Real Estate market but they have overlooked the good news in St. Charles County for 2007. The St. Charles County Association of Realtors reported that although appreciation slowed, homes values in St. Charles County Missouri real estate continued to rise. The average homes sales price in St. Charles County for 2007 was $214,483 which was an increase of $2,150 for 2007.
