Charles has written a very succinct explanation of the changes coming to Fannie Mae funding in the near future.  In fact, they are coming so soon, that if you were considering an ARM - you need to apply NOW.

2012 Garfield Street Fair & Car Show - 08/06/12 03:56 PM
The 2012 Garfield Street Fair & Car Show is coming on August 18, 2012 to Garfield Street in Parkland, WA.   With more than 100 vendors, several live bands, two beer gardens, children's activities and a large car show, we are expecting this year's event to be fantastic.

The Street fair and car show open at 10 am and end at 5 pm.  This is also a great time to meet and patronize many of the merchants who call Garfield Street their home.
