skagit valley tulip festival: Northwest Washington Hosts Tulip Festival - 04/12/12 06:11 PM
The Skagit Valley is again hosting their Tulip Festival in Northwest Washington. 
The Tulips are out and looking beautiful in some of the fields in the Skagit Valley, and more should be coming out shortly. The Festival's history is interesting, and there is a year round staff to get things properly planned for the busy time of bloom.   Although they plan the festival for the month of April, they admit "Bloom Dates According to Mother Nature."
