We were contacted by some home buyers that were looking at the Oregon Coast" After sending them information on a Ocean front home that was in quick sale" They were not happy that we did a good enough job in showing them the 25 homes that were in their price range" Even with price changes that were way below we came to the conclusion that buyers want to pay the prevailing prices"!!
