Fall Has Arrived in Steamboat Springs, Colorado According to the calendar, the first day of fall won't be "official" until the arrival of the autumnal equinox on Saturday, September 22, 2012. Judging by the stellar views of the mountains surrounding Steamboat Springs this weekend, however, I'd say that autumn is here.
