California Homes Sales Estimated to Drop 10% in 2010 when compared to 2009.
I just saw this on my local news feed and wanted to highlight it for Temecula and Murrieta home buyers.   It was posted by Jonathan Lasner and Jeff Collins from their Orange County Register Column (I believe).

I am a little surprised at the 10% figure.  I could see us going down a little but not sure about 10% locally. However, we do have an impact on Temecula Homes where banks are holding back foreclosures.  … (0 comments)
