This is an interior photo of a casita of a listing that will be posted in MLS in two weeks. The home is in Phoenix Garfield Historical District - an area experiencing increased interest due to its character and proximity to a vibrant down town area. I chose this particular photo because it represents beautifully the underlying principle of the owner's design throughout the home - love of minimalism. There is no unneccessary detail, just clean-cut, geometrical lines with well-defined function. Color and contrast is used to increase interest and outline function. On the photo below the white panel serves as a privacy wall, separating the living room and the bedroom;
