The Hells kitchen loft is back on the market! This loft is a high demand at Tennison Lofts we have a total of five and they were the first to lease up in the whole building. Good news Downtown Houston, pent houses at Tennison Lofts are quickly under construction now! Penthouses will be on 7th and 8th floor of the building. Two of them will be two story lofts, graciously sized with soaring ceiling reaching upto 17 feet high. The other seven lofts will have floor to ceiling windows, some exposed brick and balcony’s that face the skyline view. All lofts include stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, marble floors, and washer/dryer included. Starting lease price will be $2,000 and up.
