This really shows that you should utilize and use to its maximum abilities the online marketing tools that is available to you out there: Realtor.com, OpenHouse.com, etc... Also, be proactive and join social networking sites such as LinkedIn.com, Facebook.com, Meetup.com, ActiveRain.com, WannaNetwork.com, YouTube.com--just to name a few.

dwellings for about 20 years now. Legislation allowing Bed & Breakfasts was passed
but the permit is so difficult to get that there are only about 20 permitted properties in

Mayor Arakawa (2003-06), the answer was a somewhat lassez faire approach: if they

Herewith is an update from Real Trends regarding the weekend takeover of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. For our industry this is extremely good news as it is for the world markets. It's not the complete fix to the financial woes we are experiencing but it's a solid move that will help us settle back down to a more normal market.

They come in many different shapes and colors and they are my favorite Tropical flowers.

 As cut flowers Protea will last a long time without any special preparation to the water,often two to three weeks. For the best results, trim about one quarter off the end of the stem every few days when changing the water. Many variety of Protea dry well, their learthy leaves and large blooms holding color for several months. 2 fires in one week in South Maui while the Southern states are under catastrophic water avalanches.
Those are very sad events...
4 acre burn off Kenolio Estates in North Kihei and over an other 150 acre near the Maui Meadows.
FYI it took me one and half our to go from North kihei to Wailea. it is usually a 7 minutes trip at most :)

Beautiful breath taking view of the Ocean and South Shore of Maui was taken from the Lavender Farm located up-country in Kula.
The island that we can see far away behind Maui is the Island of Lanai.
This picture was taken on 8/30/08 the same day we celebrated Dany's birthday! What a great peaceful and relaxing place.
Mother nature is know how to takw my breath away!  :)
