America's 235th birthday is coming soon! Here's our annual list of local fireworks, parades and other festivities throughout Ventura County and surrounding areas!

Every day our buyers ask us, "Are we at the bottom of the market?" It's a great question, and yet the real question to ask in response is, "What is important to you about your next home?"
What we know for sure is, to always buy in a down market, (which is what we are in), and we also are experiencing record low interest rates, which is always a good financial strategy. As we head into the last month of the 2nd quarter of 2011, we review our goals, realign our targets, and refine any systems that need tweaking. We find ways to strengthen our strengths, and ask for support from our team members on our weaknesses. The goal of year end 2011 is of utmost importance.
Leads are reviewed, needs are reassessed, processes are completed. Every document is checked, double checked, then checked again.
Monthly goals are broken down to weekly goals, and then chunked down again into daily activities and goals. Accountability partners are paired.
