Have you ever had a client who wants to buy or has a house that is sinking on one or all sides of the foundation?
I found these guys in Victoria B.C. while I was looking for property for sale in Oak Bay.  They have a website that you should check out www.islandhelical.com

It is always important to note that when you are getting ready to sell or list your home if you are going to paint it to freshen things up, be sure to paint all of the walls and not just halfway up them.
I was showing a house in and around Gordon Head, Victoria B.C. (not my listing) to a client of mine and as we were about to head downstairs to the main floor I noticed that the light coming through the skylight highlighted the unfinished painting job!  Now it is neither here nor there whether or not the house … (1 comments)
