Today I met my friend that I've known the longest (something like 35 or more years now) for lunch at Gordon Biersch in the Annapolis Towne Centre in Annapolis, Maryland.  She owed me lunch for a favor I did for her and that's where I wanted to go to lunch because I wanted to have one of their world famous Märzen Barbecue Burger with Gordon Biersch Garlic Fries!!!

The January 2010 data is now available at MRIS.com for Anne Arundel County, Maryland and other metro-Washington and metro-Baltimore counties.  To quickly summarize the January data, the average sale price rose by 1.7% and the dollar volume was up 8.2% from this time last year, while month over month was down the dollar volume was down 35.4%.  The likely cause of this is one of three reasons. As evening came on, Rocky and I walked Riva Trace Parkway from one end to the other.

 We walked past Spring Race Court - where the plow had not yet ventured.

We walked all the way to the interesction for Riva Road and Riva Trace Parkway.

Rocky and I stopped at Riva Road.  There were very, very few cars on Riva Road.

 After this, Rocky and I walked back the other way to go in for the night.

Epic Snow Storm Clobbers Annapolis, Maryland and Surrounding Area - 02/06/10 02:29 PM
As I sit here inside and warm, it's still a raging snow storm outside dumping epics amounts of snow on Annapolis, Maryland and the surrounding area.  In the two photos below, you see that I setup a yard stick before the snow began to fall yesterday.  When last measured (Saturday, February 6th at approximately 2:30 p.m.) the snow depth on the patio table exceeded 25 inches.

Nigerian Scheme Utilizing Craigslist Now Targeting Maryland - 02/02/10 07:52 AM
Over the weekend a seller we represent contacted me regarding a concern that we had also listed his property for rent.  He said that three different people had show up at his home unannounced yesterday saying that we had told them to stop by the property and check it out because if was for rent for only $800 (BTW, that's well below market value in this marketplace, no wonder there was so much interest!).  Of course we hadn't listed his home for rent.  And after a little research we found a posting on Craigslist offering the property for rent.  It had … (3 comments)
