When people in the Ozarks of South Missouri talk about real estate, they are talking town, country, and lake living but never city like most people are referring to through the media. When we hear about market conditions in California or Florida being such and such, we wonder how things got that way. We are affected by the economy just like they are there, but our land and homes prices were never inflated like they were there and so we are not seeing the deflation of prices they are realizing either.
