Branson Missouri Real Estate Market Report - November 2009 - 12/03/09 05:09 PM
According to the local MLS, Branson single family homes sales last month total was 33.  The highest priced one sold for $1,275,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $74,500 with a median price of $175,000.  That is an amazing change from the previous months with one more than twice the number in October and a much higher median price too.
 Condo sales were lower with 3 less sold last month to total 8 closing escrow in November.  The highest one sold for $200,000 and the lowest sold for $43,500.  They did have a better median price of $103,000, which is … (4 comments)

Stone County Missouri Market Report - November 2009 - 12/03/09 05:02 PM
According to the local MLS statistics, single family homes sales in Stone County MO last month totaled 24 single family homes.  The highest priced one sold for $425,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $24,600.  That was a small decrease in sales in number of homes but and increase in the median price of homes sold to $177,000.  These figures show there were less sales single family home sales.  That is not the news we need for the Stone County and Table Rock Lake area Real Estate Market.  However, if you are thinking about buying, you sure have good timing!
