Branson Missouri Real Estate Market Report for December 2010
According to the MLS statistics, Branson single family homes sales last month total was 26  homes with the highest priced one selling for $450,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $38,000.  That is 7 more sold than last month and that was 7 higher than the month before, a very good trend that one can only hope continues!  The medium price of $125,000 is a 10% increase which shows less short-sales and foreclosure sales and more re-sales.  Good news indeed for the Branson area Real Estate Market.

Stone County Missouri Real Estate Market Report for December 2010 According to the latest statistics, Stone County MO single family (built on site) homes sales last month total was 24  homes with the highest priced one selling for $850,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $38,000.  That is 2 less than last month with a medium price of about $140,000 which shows little change worth noting.  Not much positive to report for the Stone County & Table Rock Lake Area Single Family "built on site homes" Real Estate Market.
