Branson Real Estate Market Report for 2nd Quarter 2012 - 07/06/12 02:24 PM
According to our local statistics, Branson single family homes sales for the second quarter of 2012 was 67 single family, built-on-site homes with the highest priced one selling for $500,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $22,000.  That is a great jump in home sales for the Branson area.  The medium price was 134,000 and that is another sign the market has bottomed out for single family home sales.  Branson home sellers will be glad to know that only 26 were distress sales so that is a much lower influence on the market than before.  Condos sold totalled 22 units and only 6 … (0 comments)

Table Rock Lake area of Stone County Missouri Real Estate Market - 07/06/12 02:07 PM
According to my sources, Table Rock Lake area of Stone County MO single family homes sales in the second quarter of 2012 has been 106 - built on site - homes with the highest priced one selling for $800,000 and the lowest priced one selling for only $16,500. That is almost twice the number sold in the first quarter and really good news for home sellers in the Table Rock Lake area.
