Long-tail searches. WOW, what's that about? - 06/24/10 06:05 PM
We seemed to have struck gold with Google doing long tail searches. What are those? Search phrases, like "$175,000 to $200,000 homes for sale in lavista, ne" which might not be on the top of lists each, but cumulatively they can add up to some hits!
Our agent websites represent 7 of the 10 search results on Google. How'd we do it?  If I told you, it would dilute the results. But that's just one of the perks in our On-line Agent MLS Marketing tool.

Agent's Remarks for Showing Instructions - 06/02/10 02:04 PM
Our website keeps on growing and becoming more user friendly and Agent-Intuitive. One of the latest a greatest things we added was a RETS feed that shows the Agent Remarks. In Omaha there isn't any MLS based showing instructions program so many agents use the Agent Remarks.  Of course, the Agent Remarks isn't available in the IDX format so we had to do a hybrid of IDX and RETS.  Another missing field that we found even more profound was the Listing Agent's Email. We're trying to move to the next level of communication and replace Voicemail with Text messaging, etc. but … (0 comments)
