KEEP THAT FURNACE FIT - 08/25/11 02:17 PM
Is there a perfect time to book a furnace maintenance? Here's a surprising answer to that question. Believe it or not, furnace maintenance can be performed anytime. The main objective is to get it booked well before the cold arrives. ( ALBERTA...that's NOT too far away..cry) My suggestions is to take a quick half hour, while on the patio enjoy a cold one, jot down what needs to get done before the fall and winter. August and September are good months to book - just before the cold hits. And perhaps the rush of these service providers being booked up. Enjoy

BACK TO SCHOOL SPECIALS - 08/17/11 05:22 PM
Back to school Theme Ad Ideas - Every week I come up with some ad ideas for my print advertising. I have a following of "what will Terri do next" fans. Its fun to hear comments and laughter. I like to keep my ads light and fun. Real Estate can be such a down in the dumps kind of career. We get a pile of stuff thrown at us daily. SO - I need to laugh too. Keeps my spirit up. Funny hair do - feeling a bit old fashion Feeling a bit mechanical (bbep beep) So there

Piece of Paradise - 08/17/11 05:01 PM
I read a great article in our Local paper - The Calgary Herald. About a couple who found a piece of paradise in Maui. That got me to thinking. I was in Phoenix last month - Goodyear, AZ. Now there is a place to call home when the snow is up to your armpits and they are FROZEN solid. My husband and I popped into a bungalow "For Sale" a 1895 sq.ft. 4 bedroom with o/s garage for $162,500.00 USD. My husband nearly fell over. We could not even touch this price at home - bungalows are over $400K and at

ACCESS TO THE MLS - 08/17/11 04:48 PM
Recenlty - I've been surprised at some comments from buyers. They didn't KNOW Realtors® in Calgary had access to all the MLS Listings. That we can sell property it the Province of Alberta. Now I keep my selling area to the Calgary Region, only because I have easy access to the city and well selling outside my area is like asking your auto mechanic to repair your computer. I don't know that area of service. I have access to a super NETWORK that offers up services of other Realtors® in other cities. Maybe you wish to buy a home in
