Are just a few that I’ve come across.

Airdrie just published its recent Citizen Survey.
 
At just over a 47,000 population, and located 10 minutes to the large city of Calgary.  It’s great to see what the snap shot of our citizens think about our great city.
 
The survey found we do find our city is a safe place to live.

Ad Ideas - Every week I come up with some ad ideas for my print advertising.  I have a following of "what will Terri do next" fans.
Its fun to hear comments and laughter.  I like to keep my ads light and fun.   Real Estate can be such a down in the dumps kind of career.  We get a pile of stuff thrown at us daily.  SO - I need to laugh too.  Keeps my spirit up.

JULY 1st marks our CELEBRATION of CANADA Day...we get a bit older and better
Our city of Airdrie puts on a Parade every year - rain or shine...and snow...yes - but we won't jinx it.
This year I'll volunteer with my 14 year old son to keep the public safe and ensure they enjoy the floats and such.
Now to figure out what to wear...

      MY COMMUNITY - THE FAIRWAYS
I was asked by potential clients the other day - If I lived in Airdrie.  They are looking to deal with a local Real Estate Agent. 
It got me thinking - how often to I just assume people in my city of 40,000 know I live, work and pay taxes here.
I live in THE FAIRWAYS, in the NW corner of Airdrie. Flanked by our only 18 Hole Golf Course and wonderful Club house with a full service Restaurant (open to the public).
