A weekly walking group will meet every Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. at the Duke Island Visitor's Center for a healthy walk through Duke Island Park off Old York Road in Bridgewater along a beautiful stretch of the Raritan River. Living in Somerset County for many years has been a wonderful experience. With the nicer weather upon us, I'm sure that most folks are eager to take a drive and enjoy  viewing the beautiful country side. Somerset County offers a wonderful landscape of hiking areas and other recreational activities. There also is a more than ample deer population that has been here living here for many years.

SCCOAH Has Changed It's Name - 04/08/11 05:07 PM
SCCOAH is now known as the Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC).
This non-profit organization was started to provide services to low and moderate income individuals and families that find it difficult to cope with the housing issues in this area. A list of services is provided below. Most people that I know of have been able to find wonderful bargins in the Somerset County area.
