SCCOAH is now known as the Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC). This non-profit organization was started to provide services to low and moderate income individuals and families that find it difficult to cope with the housing issues in this area. A list of services is provided below. Most people that I know of have been able to find wonderful bargins in the Somerset County area.

I am a licensed Realtor but also an experienced home inspector.
