Imagine Your Life Without Fear...   What would it look like?  Where would you be Living?  What woiuld your financial situation be?  What would you attempt to do that you are affraid of now?
All these questions can really induldge a persons mind.  You CAN do the things you were things about. The big question is "How can I?"  How can you beat your fears???   The answer is to face them.  The more you run or worry about a fear.  The bigger the fear gets.  So stop thinks about runnig or hiding from your fears and ask yourself, How can I overcome being affraid of ??? and keep imagining your life withour fear.

Forget the past, You will go fast and further looking out the front windshield when driving a car than you will staring in the rear view mirror.
Accept your mistakes.  Mistakes do 1 of 2 things.  Either shut down the weak or build the strong,  Where are you on mistakes?
Cry and move on.  Holding in tough situations only builds up inside until you snap.  Crying and dwelling will tear you down to nothing, crying for a brief ttime then moving on will let you grieve and then get strong and move forward.
Thank GOD, Thank GOD EVERYDAY for it is HE who gave you another day, another opportunity, another day to say "I love you", another day to have free will.  ( I pray every morning and again every night before bed.)
Smile Always.  If you don't know why, reread "Thank GOD"  We have one life on earth in our bodies, with our minds and to be with our families.  Being happy will attract happy things to happen to you.

                              Whats odd about this picture in New Castle PA?

What''s odd about this picture in New Castle PA is the fact that there is an Amish Carriage in a drive-thru beer distributor.  I have never seen that before.  Then again I don't drink alchol so I would not be in a drive-thru beer distributor but I do know the area and know there are Amish in the area.  I'm not sure how many of you have every been to Amish country but I really enjoy.  It's always nice and peaceful.  The Amish take alot of pride in their work.  I have had them make a few things for me in the past and it was always built to perfection.  So if you think about it... They work hard and may want to grab a case of beer on the way home, so I should not be shocked to see their Carriage in a drive-thru beer distributor.

You have a choice...That is the most important part of the day EVERY day.  You have a choice to think positive or not, to do positive or not and to treat people positive or not.
You can throw in the towel... also know as quitting.  Where does quitting get you in life?  Last I checked quitting gets you nowhere -- unless you are digging yourself a hole in trouble.  But then again, what seems like trouble may be just success dressed like hard work.
Or you can use it to wipe the sweat off your face...  when your at the point of grabbing the towel (contemplating on quitting or keep on going) use that to motivate yourself to keep going because all the hard work is just about done.  Are you though enough to wipe off the sweat for the situation and make it happen or are you going to throw in the towel and have to deal with the regrets for the rest of your life?
Be strong.

Just because something isn't happening for you right now doesn't mean that it will never happen... unless you are someone that gives up easily.  Are you?  I hope not.  We all have dreams and desires.  Perseverance is the key to getting what you want.  Have you ever witnessed a child asking over and over for something till they get it?  How about a child trying to walk and falling on their but over and over.  Did those kids give up?  No.  They have no fear of asking till they receive or trying till they make it.  Why and when do some grown ups develop that fear.  FEAR stands for... False Evidence Appearing Real.  So don't let fear stop you from getting what you want.  You may not have what you want right now but if you keep working on getting what you want... YOU WILL GET THERE.
Believe in yourself and you WILL achieve.  GOD believes in you so YOU should also believe in yourself of getting what you want.  Just because something isn't happening for you right now doesn't mean that it will never happen.  Keep going after it and you will get it.  GOD has faith in you, do you have faith in HIM?

Confidence comes from NOT always being right... DO you know someone that always has to be right?  Is that person you?  People that always have to be right are not confident, they are actually insecure and being insecure is the opposite of being confident.
But from not fearing to be wrong... That is the key to confidence.  We all want to be successful and being successful requires confidence and confidence comes from not fearing to be wrong. 
There is no one that will always be right, yet there are those that never think there wrong.  Don't be that person.  Have confidence and do not fear to be wrong. 

Running away from any problem only increases the distance from the solution... Running from a problem or stepping up to deal with it are the difference from immaturity and maturity. 
The easiest way to escape from the problem is to solve it... The sooner you solve it the sooner you become wiser from the situation and the sooner you can move on in life.

If you are waiting, what are you waiting for?  A sign from above?  A sign of acceptance form your peers?  A sign of guaranteed success?  You are not going to see those signs.  The only chance is from your peers, and if they do give you a sign what gives them a right to do so?  Did they ever do what you are looking to accomplish?  Most of the time that answer is no.  So why wait for a sign from them. 
As for waiting for a sign from above....you woke up this morning, didn't you?  THAT is your sign from above.  HE gave you another day, don't waste it.
So, if your waiting for a sign THIS IS IT.

Yesterday I wrote a blog about The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that LITTLE EXTRA.
And today that little extra worked out. 

That extra effort got me a buyer today.  The listing agent didn't want to show their listing so the buyer called me... He called me yesterday on my listing and ended up not wanting to see it and didn't want information on other properties or to work with anyone specific.  They were just looking to see whats out there and wanted NO commitment to an agent.  But with me willing to show him my listing yesterday he called me today about this other listing.  It was an hour drive each way but I have them as buyers and meeting first thing tomorrow morning to write an offer.  We talked about the next steps and they signed the Business relationship with me due to my willing to show them what the wanted.  I was shocked that the listing agent did not want to show it to them at all.
That is The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that LITTLE EXTRA.
