I have been in real estate for awhile now and never had a Pre Listing and Listing Presentation. In the business there are 3 major skills; 1. Knowing the rules and regulations of a realtor2. Knowing how to talk to/with people (talking in general, knowing how to talk to them in solving their problems and knowing how to talk WITH them). Most of OUR talking is done by listening.3. When dealing with sellers and buyers, we let them talk... its the nature of the business to hear them out. And what they tell me dictates where I need to create that "positive spark". Some people are pinned down by what they tell themselves from a bad experience. I really enjoy my job knowing that I can help people see the light when all they see is darkness.
