Two listings looking for buyers. One is in Aurora, Colorado the other is in Parker, Colorado. Asking price for 4056 Atchison Way is $182,000. Asking Price for 10427 Longleaf is $340,000. I think video gives a good representation of room sizes and better depth than a photo. Just my opinion but I've been shooting these videos for almost 4 years now and I've had many comments from buyers that they really appreciated the video compared to just the photos. Don't get me wrong I still totally believe in professionally taken photos for each listing but this is a nice complement.

I wrote this in response to another blog post on another blog. I felt I should share it here. It seems some Realtors and Sellers get really bent out of shape when a buyer makes a lowball offer. I admit that it can be an insult but many times it's a wake up call to the seller and listing broker. If you are not lowball offering in this market you as a buyer's agent are not doing your job....PERIOD. The downturn in the real estate market has left it scars on our land. Parker Colorado real estate is no exception. I refer to these specific problems as Parker's 4 black eyes. When driving into Parker down Parker Road (heading South) you will notice on the left and right that there are 4 very large buildings just sitting vacant.
