As the end of March comes upon us, I can already see a new energy in both buyers and sellers here in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. It has been a long winter in every way imaginable!
Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake are still frozen over but the ice is starting to gray and soften. Every day brings the promise of more sun and more warmth.  With the stock market climbing and the interest rates for homes the lowest in decades, it’s starting to look much more positive around here.
