      <title>Great way to Email contacts.</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;First of all I would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year. I pray that you all have a wonderful and safe holiday and prosperous year.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My wife is a photographer, you can check her out at &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.imagecreationsphotography.com&quot;&gt;www.imagecreationsphotography.com&lt;/a&gt;. She has been using iContact email marketing for awhile now and I am very impressed with her results. I have just started using it for my real estate business. I love the fact that I can use her account so we don't have to have two seperate bills and it is only $10 a month for 500 contacts and $15 a month for 1000. I have posted a link below for a 15 day free trial. I also compared some of the other Email Marketing companies out there and in my opinion for the money this is the best.       <title>Active Rain.  Slogger!!!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Wow! &amp;nbsp;I have been a member of Active Rain for a couple of years (I know my points don't show it) now and can't believe how much is has progressed. &amp;nbsp;I give a lot of credit to the founders and designers that help keep the Rain coming down. &amp;nbsp;I think there were less than 2000 members when I started and now over 117,000. &amp;nbsp;That is crazy. &amp;nbsp;I remember when AR had a contest to guess what day the 10,000th member would register. &amp;nbsp;I wish I was more active as a blogger and after getting the email yesterday telling about the listing router I am going to try and do the right thing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am a worship leader in Central Kentucky and we have accountability partners that keep us straight per say. &amp;nbsp;I need an accountability partner on AR to keep me blogging and active. &amp;nbsp;Any takers? &amp;nbsp;Anyway if you have read this far I am sure you are wondering what my title means &amp;nbsp;Active Rain. Slogger!!!. &amp;nbsp;Well a slogger is a word I made up that is a mixture of slacker and blogger (which I am). &amp;nbsp;I am in rehab right now and appreciate any prayers, ha. &amp;nbsp;Maybe I will contact Merriam-Websters and see about getting a new word put in. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Sellers on the fence!!!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hey guys I am only a couple minutes away from helping a couple of my clients write an offer. &amp;nbsp;I do however have a problem. &amp;nbsp;They are making an offer on bank owned property and want to write in a contingency upon their home selling. &amp;nbsp;I have talked with the bank and believe it or not they said they would entertain and possibly accept as long as there is a 48 hour kickout clause attached. &amp;nbsp;Wow I thought that was awesome.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I talked to the buyers earier and I was excited, &amp;nbsp;only for them to tell me they did not want to give the bank a kickout. &amp;nbsp;I told them the bank would not accept the offer without this and they said they were looking out for themselves. &amp;nbsp;What do you think I should do?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have had several people lately want to make offers and most of them with contingencies. &amp;nbsp;They don't want to list their home until they have found one to buy, this makes it really hard on us REALTORS&amp;reg;. &amp;nbsp;It is hard enough to get a home 'sold' right now much less having to sell one in a week or two so another contract will go through.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well I have to go. &amp;nbsp;I will let you know how it goes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

I am not saying they would have been invited if they had lost but I think they needed that win for a sure bid. The big question is still out there, what about Tubby?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I think either way UK will be in trouble for the next couple of years. If they fire him, what will future applicants think. If they don&amp;#39;t the spiral will continue and not upward. If you look at his record at UK it would be really hard to justify firing Tubby, but I think the reality is he just can&amp;#39;t coach, recruit, or motivate good enough to lead the most powerful program in the nation. I think Tubby would do fine at a smaller school or even a big school with not-so-big expectations. Let&amp;#39;s face it at UK if you are not winning the SEC and making the final four you are just not doing enough. That is a sad fact. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Well I guess we will see what U of L has for WVU tonight, although they have a for sure bid to the NCAA along with EKU giving Kentucky three teams in the tourney.       <title>AR Contest!!!    Just for fun.</title>
