Recently I have noticed a few flips happening in Lake Worth. Interesting in these times.... One was a small, 800 sq ft, home that was listed for $45K. It had 22 offers. It was taken off the market and re-listed for $55K Then it was purchased and now is back on the market for $85K
Another instance was a home listed for over a year and a half. It started around $170K then dropped eventually to $79K, That's when it sold and it was only like two weeks ago. Now it is back on the market for $129K.
