I need  a little advise or suggestions on websites that host free postings.  I know of a few but more the merrier.  Active rain has helped me so much with website advise and marketing advise that who knows what else is out there.

Before I forget I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  Let's all hope for a eventfull next year with the rumor that rates will stay low and buyers will come.

With the market being slow I have noticed that the investment properties are being listed more and more.  Our rates have been steadily been dropping since last month and everyone is still complaining about the slow market.  I'm not sure if Christmas is a factor or not but I am definitely looking ...
