nc: Commercial Income Producing Property - 11/12/09 07:31 AM
In our current climate new and experienced investors are looking for the best deal out there. Sure why not, but if you are on the other side of the fence as an owner why would you sell a property that is producing income. Well there could be a couple of reasons, if your portfolio has a property that has a high level of risk the note holder may request you sell the property or refinance with another lender. The hitch is that if you advertise it for sell you need to price it accordingly. The higher the risk associated with the (0 comments)
nc: I still haven't found a way to make money Fishing! Fishing Report - 07/25/07 01:41 PM
Inshore: Red drum fishing is very good now. Fish the falling tide in the ICW, the inlets and the creeks. Best baits are mullet and menhaden, dead or alive. Best rig is a carolina rig. Nice flounder are biting near the inlets, the cut and the river. Smaller flounder can be found just about anywhere good structure is present to hold baitfish. Near shore: In close the shark bite has been outstanding with an occasional silver king (aka tarpon) hitting. Best baits are large size menhaden. Spanish mackerel have been spotty all year; real good one day and then hard to find (0 comments)
nc: Fishing Report for Wilmington NC from Rod-Man Charters - 06/20/07 07:48 PM
Inshore: Reds have been biting Gulp SW, topwater lures like Frenzy, live menhaden and menhaden chunks. We have caught them in the waterway and the creeks. Flounder fishing is still inexplicably slow, but hopefully we blast off soon. A few trout are being caught in the river. Near shore: The spanish bite has finally taken off with double digit catches fairly common. We had one day with a catch right at 30. King mackerel are right on the beach and eating live menhaden. Fish in the 15 to 30 pound range are being caught. A few cobia in the 50-60 pound range (0 comments)
