Bargain-hunters are snapping up foreclosed properties in town as well....I am so excited! California & the Las Vegas markets are very similar. one realtor in California said that 90% of his business was foreclosure home sales.

There are 33 Sales contingent or Pending currently at Realty World Luxury Homes
That is almost half of the current listings for our company! People are excited and looking for homes again.Sales are booming and we are seeing multiple offers on properties that are newly listed within (13 comments)

Reflecting the stimulus from government rebate checks, retail sales rose a full percentage point in May, double what economists were anticipating, the Commerce Department reported June 12. Not including the higher prices consumers paid for gasoline, retail sales still rose a strong 0.8%, the biggest increase in a year.
