It did'nt matter who was chosen president, the Obama administration is inheriting a sleuth of problems from the current administration. With that being said, in the future I see out-of-state companies relocating and incorporating in Las Vegas just for tax reasons alone. I am betting on good news! says the optimist in me...however... the market has a mind of its own. It really depends where you are living at in the US. Personally speaking, in my opinion as soon as the Presidential election is done and over with, consumer confidence will return to our markets and I predict there will be a surge in home sales with a robust economy. That being said, there are still going to be a steady stream of adjustable rate mortgages re-setting causing pain and suffering for individual investors that bought between the years 2005-2007 looking for the "quick" flip.
