Amazing.
I was just looking up properties here in Middle Tennessee for out-of-state buyers. Their price range in up to $275K, so we're not talking junk houses (well, unless you live in San Francisco.....). One of the listings I pulled up has been on the market over 100 days, is not apparently a foreclosure......and not a picture to be seen. Zip. Nada. Not even the clip-the-box-and-MLS-will-take-the-picture.
I would KILL for a $250K+ listing right now. I'd have dozens of pictures, a virtual tour, scan in the Property Disclosure and have it all set up on my own website, as well as MLS and … (6 comments)
